Over the past 25 years, I’ve partnered with churches, ministries, non-profits, small and large corporations, and other mission-minded organizations to bring clarity and alignment to how their message is communicated.

Since 2001, I’ve served as a Worship, Creative, and/or Communications Director/Pastor in a variety of churches — from a successful multi-site church plant and a growing college ministry on the Gulf Coast, to a 20,000+ member established church in Houston, Texas. I was ordained in 2012.

In 2020, after 13 years in full-time ministry (at the brink of the Covid pandemic while caring for my wife and family through her battle with cancer and birth of our third child), I transitioned to HIP Creative, a nationwide digital marketing agency, to serve as Creative Director.

In early 2021, I began building and leading HIP’s Web Operations team, overseeing systems and processes that scaled to the delivery of 3-4 website launches per week. Now, I’m the Head of Brand Strategy for ION, the combined forces of HIP Creative and Neon Canvas, the top two digital marketing agencies in their space.

A woman on the left is singing, and another man on the right is playing an electric guitar. There is a large screen above them with the lyrics: "We welcome the God who makes a way. His name is Jesus, his name is Jesus." Audience members can be seen in the foreground raising their hands.

I continue to serve as part-time Worship Pastor at a local campus of a multi-site church with locations across the Panhandle of Florida, Alabama, and New York.

It’s been a wild ride, but everything I’ve experienced has given me the strength to walk through the toughest challenges.

Through brand strategy and creative direction, I help organizations identify what’s essential and express it consistently across their brand including website development, content, social media, and more.

The result is not more activity, but clearer communication that supports intentional leadership and sustainable impact.

My work sits at the intersection of ministry and strategy, shaped by both pastoral care and professional rigor. I believe clarity creates room for faithfulness to grow and rise above today’s noise.
